Today I got me...

a big, red, shiny exercise ball. I've been thinking that i need to start doing some sit ups and was stupidly thinking that I would wait until I was under 100 kilos before starting. This was really just a way of procrastinating as I find them utterly tedious. My stomach is the biggest part of me, I don't think that will ever change. My eldest daughter has the same shape, they actually told me when doing an unltrasound while I was pregnant with her that she was going to have a big belly, that it is just our shape. Funny that they could pick when she was in the womb. Anyway, my point is that I don't like having a big belly, especially a big jelly belly. I know it will reduce with the weight loss, but it will also probably still be the biggest part of me so the least I can do is try and tone it a little.

But what makes tummy exercises bearable? I can't stomach them ( lol, i had to do it! ). I'm hoping a big, red shiny exercise ball. Perhaps if I just leave it in the lounge room I might be inspired to do something with it while watching tv.
